Remember that: when you deallocate a Client from a device, you also lose the relationship that exists with those groups that do not belong to the Client that will be assigned.

NOTE: Groups assigned by an Administrator user do not apply.

Enter the ESN of the devices to be assigned in the field, just remember to respect the validation rules.

You can delete the history of the devices, this process eliminates the current assignments of the device, such as: Customer, Client, Profile and the reports generated in the logs.

Note: once the device is removed, it will be created automatically by the system
